Therapai is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Therapai for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Maintain the security of your device and data
• Seek professional help when needed

4. Privacy and Data

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, all data processing occurs locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information. You are responsible for backing up your local data if desired.

No Warranty: The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Therapai and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.

7. Pricing and Subscription

Therapai offers subscription plans at $20/month or $18/month when billed annually ($216/year). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms in the application. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
